The textile finger paints are an absolute innovation that enables youngsters to immortalize their designs on all kinds of fabric with the minimum of assistance: hand or footprints on T-shirts or aprons or colourful artworks on cushion covers – there are no limits to the imagination. No brush is necessary, as the colours are applied directly with the fingers and can then be washed easily off the hands using soapy water.
The textile finger paints from Eberhard Faber are available in seven colours in 100 ml and 500 ml tins, as well as in a box of 4 or 6 tins including a cotton bag and can be fixed on the fabric by ironing or heating in an oven. After 24 hours exposed to the air they will be fixed automatically. Fabrics decorated with the finger paints are then machine washable at 40°C.
